Peasmarsh has some very particular areas which are environmentally sensitive. As part of developing our NDP we will have to identify them and justify their protection. We are helped in that because all of the parish is in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty [AONB]. We also have designated ancient woodlands which have special status but, as far as we know, there are no designated sites of special scientific interest but maybe you know better?
